Our Tasting Room is open:
Mondays - Saturdays between 10 am - 5 pm / Sundays 11 am - 5 pm for tastings. Appointments are preferred, but we accept walk ins on a first come, first served basis.

Due to limited capacity indoors, we can allow NO MORE THAN FOUR persons per group. We request appointments be made using the 'Book a Tasting' button above. You will receive a confirmation of your booked slot via email.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We cannot guarantee late entry.

We do not accept any buses nor limos. Bookings are nonrefundable if cancellation is made within 72 hours.

Wine Club Members are eligible for full refund of their tasting fees against any same day wine purchases.

Red Tail Ridge Winery cannot view your entire credit card information. When you are asked for credit card information during online wine purchases, your credit card number is encrypted and tokenized for the bank transaction. Shipping Policy

In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose. A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages. Items usually arrive with in 7-10 business days and you will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Return Policy

If you have purchased a flawed wine from our tasting room or online stores, we will replace the flawed wine with proof of purchase. We ask that you return the flawed wine in the original bottle to us so we can examine it. If you are not sure what a flawed wine is, please contact us with your observations. Overall, if you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, please contact us.

Age Restriction Policy

There are no materials, images, or words on this website that would normally raise any issue about age appropriateness. Alcoholic beverages may NOT be purchased by persons under 21 years of age and you will be required to give proof of age for any wine purchases off our online stores.
