Honeysuckle, tart apple, fresh ginger & lemongrass on the nose. Nervie saline, key lime, kumquat and crushed oyster shells with savory notes of nori, and lion’s mane and trumpet mushrooms.
2021 Lagrein
Brambleberry, eucalyptus, meat/umami, earth, coriander, & fresh sage on the nose. The palate has soft & supple tannin, leather, hickory, plum, smoked fruit, coco covered raspberry, nutmeg, & dried sage. With a spicy finish and beautiful tension.
Perpétuelle Change, Cuvée Nº 5
Salt water taffy, notes of honeysuckle, brioche, fresh oyster/trumpet mushrooms, peach skin, saline, lime zest, and good minerality on the nose. Creamy, orange oil, bergamot orange, floral notes, and salty with an edge of yeastiness on the palate.
